These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement of aerial advertising services from Armstrong Aviation LLC, doing business as Pelican Sky Banners (“Pelican Sky Banners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Pelican Sky Banners plans, coordinates, and executes aerial banner advertising campaigns. Submitting a brief, requesting a media kit, or otherwise contacting us through this website does not create a binding engagement. Campaign bookings become binding only when confirmed by us in writing, and are subject to the pricing, flight windows, and terms stated in that written confirmation.

Aerial operations are subject to weather, air traffic control, temporary flight restrictions, and other conditions outside our control. Where a confirmed flight cannot be safely or lawfully conducted, we will work with you to reschedule in accordance with the terms of your written confirmation.

Advertising Content

All advertisement content is subject to our Content Guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, any advertisement that does not comply with those guidelines or with applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit for display is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party, and you represent that you hold all rights necessary to authorize its display.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use automated means to submit forms or harvest information from it.

The content of this website, including text, photography, logos, and design, is the property of Armstrong Aviation LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to our SMS service, you agree that we may communicate with you via text message. These messages may include appointment reminders, confirmation messages, follow-up messages, customer service messages, and similar communications, and are sent only to individuals who have opted in and given their explicit consent.

You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
